Digitizing - the vital part of embroidery

QUALITY: A perfectly finished embroidered piece depends very much on the digitizing process. Our technical digitizing department utilizes the very latest in digitizing technology to ensure the final product is accurate and without errors. Our highly skilled and experienced digitizing artists annually produce over 10,000 flawless digital designs. We still insist that every digitized design is sewed out on a standard embroidery machine to ensure the sample looks as good as it can possibly do on any commercial embroidery machine.

TERMS:

1.	Our digitizing services are charged by every thousand stitches that a design comes out to have. However, extremely large (usually over 20,000 stitches) or complicated designs are charged by working time or design complexity instead. Please contact us for a quote for your design before digitizing if you have any doubt.
2.	There is a minimum charge of $25.00 applied to all orders.
3.	Digitizing customers are advised to verify the digitized file before production. We do not accept claims for any damage due to embroidery.
